Here's a quick breakdown: Tax Rate: 9% on taxable profits exceeding AED 375,000. Profits below this threshold are taxed at 0%. Entities Subject to Tax: Free zone companies (provided they don't operate in the mainland), onshore companies, branches of foreign companies, and non-resident businesses with a permanent establishment in the UAE. Exemptions: Government entities, qualifying public benefit entities, investment funds, and pension funds.
